For energy auditors and consultants
Turn a week of logged data into an assessment report your customer can check line by line, without the spreadsheet work.
The parts of the job that eat the hours
Spreadsheet time
Lining up logger clocks, cleaning gaps and dropouts, and building the same charts again for every job.
Equipment data you can't trust
One wrong setpoint or full-load amp figure quietly skews every result that follows, and nobody notices until the savings don't show up.
Savings that get challenged
Customers and utilities ask where the numbers came from, and measures that act on the same waste get counted twice.
What CAS ASSiST gives you
- Any logger or controller CSV. Clocks are lined up, gaps and sensor dropouts are handled openly, and each logger's layout is remembered for the next job.
- Every entry checked against the logs. Setpoints, nameplate amps, ratings and storage are tested against what the equipment actually did. Wrong or guessed entries are flagged and the measured values are used.
- Each compressor measured in service. Its real full load, the air it delivers and its part-load penalty, while it runs. No isolation needed.
- Savings counted once. Recommendations that act on the same waste are never added up twice.
- A report ready for the customer. Executive summary, top recommendations with the logged evidence behind each one, and the content ISO 11011 asks an assessment report to include. Your logo, in Word or PDF.
